An itinerary you can hand in
Before the trip, the schedule is a ready itinerary: by day and by leg — kilometres, ascent and descent, planned departure and arrival. Export it as PDF or a table in one tap, or send it as text to whoever is waiting for your check-in call.
The actual column fills itself
On the trail every point is checked off automatically: walk within 50 metres and the time goes into the “actual” column. At passes the radius is 100 metres, because GPS wanders in cirques. If a check-in is missed, mark the point by hand with one tap.
Delay at a glance
Δ at each point is coloured: up to 15 minutes green, up to 45 yellow, beyond that red. On top sits the day summary: “32 minutes behind. Arriving at camp 19:10 (planned 18:30). Sunset 20:04.”
The forecast uses your actual speed over the last 90 minutes of walking, uphill and downhill separately. Rest stops don’t drag the average down.
Field mode
- Full-screen map with the next point always on top: distance, ascent, planned time and forecast.
- Below — moving time, distance today, altitude and delay.
- Step off the line and a banner shows how far away it is, with an arrow back. No “rerouting”.
- Buttons are 48 pt or larger — easy to hit with a gloved thumb.
- The track keeps recording with the screen off.
Check-in deadline
“5 h 20 min until your check-in deadline. At this pace you’ll make it” — or a red warning if you won’t. Shift the whole plan to start from now with one tap.
Trip summary
After the hike you get a report: your actual track over the planned line, the full plan-vs-actual table, distance, ascent, moving and resting time, and photos along the timeline. Export the track as GPX or share a picture with your club. The app compares your speeds with the plan and offers to update your pace.
